That is why we mail a consolidated monthly Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement. Payments made during the month are consolidated into one easy-to-understand statement, making reconciliation of your medical bills simple.

Rather not receive any paper?

Sign up for fast, easy online access to your EOB. You will receive an email notification letting you know that your monthly EOB is available for online viewing and printing. Plus, you also will have access to view individual EOBs specific to a particular claim.
