Health
Good health is important to all aspects of our lives. And because it is so vital,
we do what we need to in order to stay healthy, including getting
the proper nutrition, exercising to stay physically fit, and making
lifestyle changes to improve unhealthy habits. There are some other
things we need to do to ensure better health, too, like establishing
good relationships with our doctors, having routine physicals and
preventive screening tests as recommended, and becoming more knowledgeable
