Coding & Compliance Review Analyst

Looking for a unique individual with strong experience in health care coding, claim review, and data analysis to fill the position of Coding & Compliance Review Analyst. This position will be responsible for coordination and management of various functions and activities to assure appropriate coding and billing policies are applied during claims administration and to identify outlier provider utilization or coding patterns. Job duties include a combination of research, analysis, large claim review, and provider profiling projects. Strong knowledge health care delivery system and CMS/NCCI, AMA CPT and HCPCS coding are required. Coding certification a plus. Successful candidate will need excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to work autonomously. Excellent PC skills with experience in Windows Word, Excel and Access required. The position offers daytime schedule with some flexibility, business casual attire, competitive salary & benefit package.
