Health Fairs

A health fair is an excellent way to make your employees more aware of the benefits and services available to them through their company health plan. Most importantly, it is also a chance to motivate employees to improve their health behavior and encourage participation in any health and wellness programs offered by your company.

If you are planning a health fair, your MedCost Benefit Services Account Manager can be available onsite to answer questions about programs offered through MedCost. In addition to providing customized materials promoting your specific health plan benefits, your Account Manager also can assist with arranging onsite health screenings. Data from these screenings can be used to identify members who may be candidates for recruitment into certain Care Management programs managed by MedCost.* (MedCost is HIPAA compliant and ensures member confidentiality is maintained.)
